Right at Home Halton is looking for experienced PSWs/RNs/RPNs to add to our team of exceptional caregivers in Burlington**, Ontario.**
Immediate opportunities

We are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both our Caregivers and clients. We pride ourselves in a personalized approach to in-home health care including small, dedicated Care Teams.
Right at Home offers our Caregivers:
- Complete flexibility in your schedule including once you return to full-time studies
- Consistency with clients and Care Teams
- Monthly Scheduling - so you always know well in advance where/when you are working
- An employer committed to your professional development and well being
Candidates Require:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate/equivalent
. 6 months + of PSW experience in Community Care.
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening
. Updated immunization
. TB test - 2 step
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
- Car is an asset
Duties:
- Assisting with personal grooming
- Bathing
- Dressing and undressing
- Mobilization activities (turning, transferring, exercising and walking)
- Toileting
- Eating and meal preparations
- Companionship, outings
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of caregiving
- Must be passionate, patient, caring and committed
