Position: Marketing Communications Supervisor

Marketing Communications Specialist – Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy
- Execute localized go-to-market strategies aligned with global product marketing initiatives. Define and communicate compelling product value propositions and positioning.
- Responsible for creating, planning and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with global marketing, local marketing, and sales strategy and budget. Produces action plans accordingly.
2. Targets
- Meet marketing objectives and budget targets through ongoing performance monitoring and implementation of improvement plans where necessary.
3. Business Planning & Campaigns
- Deliver annual marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with relevant Business Units and Product Groups. Develop business plans focused on market growth. Manage social media platforms to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
4. Market Analysis
- Coordinate market analysis with Sales teams to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing tools. Share insights from customer research, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
5. Sales Enablement
- Partner with Product Management to develop sales tools and execute promotional campaigns. Provide Sales teams with branded demo equipment and marketing collateral, including brochures, data sheets, newsletters, videos, and digital assets.
6. Training
- Enhance sales effectiveness by delivering product knowledge and technical training. Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
7. Channel Marketing
- Manage incoming channel marketing requests and oversee the use of Co-Op Funds. Ensure compliance and optimal allocation of budgets to maximize marketing and sales impact.
8. Market Share & Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of market share data to HQ and EFC. Maintain Power BI dashboards and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
9. Events & Tradeshows
- Lead planning and execution of major events and tradeshows in coordination with senior leadership. Maintain a professional brand image and manage public relations efforts including press releases and media outreach.
10. Digital Strategy Alignment
- Align with global digital marketing strategies and leverage global tools to enhance brand awareness and communication effectiveness.
11. People leadership and development
- Ensures (with HR Director Support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Content Management Systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative storytelling and content development abilities
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
