Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The role is part of Risk & Compliance Technology within GFT, focusing on Operational Risks & Controls, support Group Risk Management, Global Security and the Enterprise Chief Controls Office. You will support the team through large transformation programs and smaller process and technology enhancements. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with Business Analysis capability to lead major initiatives within the Operational Risk and Controls team (Archer, Policy and Procedure Library (PPL), Riskonnect BCM, and Identification Methodology Attestation & Exceptions Application (IMAE)) . This role sits at the intersection of project delivery and business process optimization, requiring strong leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to navigate evolving requirements. This role will also implement the new AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) which transforms the traditional technology implementation process to embed AI and be driven by AI capabilities. The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for tactical and program-level delivery management, translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans and executing with excellence through AI-augmented leadership. This role serves as the critical bridge between strategic oversight and tactical execution, leveraging artificial intelligence to ensure alignment across projects while driving operational efficiency and stakeholder communications through AI-powered predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision support. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Op Risk & Controls IT programs and projects, ensuring predictable execution, measurable outcomes, and alignment to enterprise priorities using appropriate delivery models (Agile, hybrid). Establish and maintain program governance, integrating project plans, control points, and execution assurance across concurrent initiatives while managing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation. Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance project delivery, including using GenAI for automated progress reporting, risk forecasting, and schedule optimization. Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across business and technology teams, delivering transparent progress updates, risk reporting, and financial forecasts to senior stakeholders; act as the critical link between business and technology priorities. Implement the new AI Software Delivery Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) in Operational Risk & Control projects, and work with GFT AI leadership to evolve for optimized results. Deliver financial accountability by estimating project costs, monitoring actual spend against baselines, and managing forecasts. Optimize cross-functional collaboration through AI-assisted tools and use and adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, synthesize complex requirements and translate them into actionable project milestones, including data mapping and project dependencies. Business Systems Analysis by facilitating requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement, leverage AI tools to create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and conduct impact analysis with comprehensive documentation. Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy and governance frameworks WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: 8+ years of technology program/project management experience with demonstrable experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum leadership. Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, impact analysis, and documentation Experience leading cross-functional programs with expertise in planning and maintaining integrated program schedules, roadmaps, and executive-level status reporting. Advanced proficiency with project delivery and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio) and strong visualization skills (PowerPoint executive presentations); Hands-on experience with GenAI tools in project management (Claude Code, Open AI, etc.). Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and influence business executives and project teams. Nice-to-have: Project Management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master). Background in Business Analysis, Operations, Strategy, or Business/Technology Architecture. Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance frameworks Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries, Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing delivery across multiple time zones.
