We're Hiring: Head of Sales – Canada 🇨🇦
Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in real estate, property development, and strategic business growth?
Etihad Town is expanding its international footprint and is seeking an experienced Head of Sales – Canada to lead our sales operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth across the Canadian market.
What You'll Do
✔ Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets ✔ Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agencies, investors, and channel partners ✔ Drive international sales for Etihad Town's premium real estate projects ✔ Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams ✔ Identify new market opportunities and strengthen Etihad Town's presence in Canada ✔ Collaborate with key stakeholders to expand business and investment opportunities
What We're Looking For
🔹 10–12 years of leadership experience in Real Estate, Housing Societies, Property Development, or Construction Sales 🔹 Strong expertise in direct and channel sales networks 🔹 Proven success in business development and stakeholder management 🔹 Experience working within the Canadian real estate market is highly preferred 🔹 Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 🔹 Canadian Citizen or PR holder eligible to work full-time in Canada
