THE ROLE
The ServiceNow FSM Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their field service needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of FSM functionalities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement FSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership on FSM trends and innovations.
- Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating FSM capabilities and developing proposals.
- Create and maintain documentation related to solution designs and client engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Field Service Management.
- Strong understanding of FSM workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, consultants, and project managers.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest FSM features and industry trends.
