This is a senior-level individual contributor (IC) role—you will lead key strategic and cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and elevate product execution without managing people directly. You will sit at the heart of the product organization, driving alignment, efficiency, and clarity at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale operational frameworks such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), particularly for our Canadian Software and Fintech businesses.
  • Coordinate all OKR-related rituals and maintain centralized reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Prepare and deliver OKR progress updates to senior stakeholders, including those outside of Product & Tech.
  • Partner with Product and Tech leaders to ensure roadmaps align with company and product strategy.
  • Drive operational excellence by owning and optimizing the product management tool stack (Jira, Aha!, Asana); ensure best practices and adoption across teams.
  • Identify tooling gaps and lead evaluations and implementations of new tools or integrations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Product and Tech leadership, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and leading high-impact initiatives.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between Product and key business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care), especially around roadmap changes and planning.
  • Develop, maintain, and promote clear documentation for tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Lead and support large-scale change initiatives across the product organization.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in product operations, program/project management, or related roles, ideally in a technology or product-driven organization.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with high strategic impact.
  • Strong communicator—able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels across functions.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development and operational practices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Aha!, Asana, and reporting platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Excel).
  • A strategic mindset: able to zoom out to see the big picture while ensuring day-to-day excellence.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in marketplaces, fintech, automotive, or e-commerce industries.
  • Exposure to product management frameworks and tool governance.
  • Familiarity with collaboration across distributed, international teams.
