About the role
Background
Applications are now being accepted for a Temporary Part-Time ER/Reg Clerk. The successful applicant will be required to work days, afternoons and nights Monday to Sunday, including holidays. The successful candidate has a commitment to work 37.5 hours per biweekly pay period. Please note, this is a temporary position scheduled to end on January 18, 2026
Education
- Diploma in a recognized Medical Administration program or equivalent experience
- Medical Terminology
Qualifications
- Keyboarding skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office as a minimum
- StaffRight software experience preferred
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records software preferred
- Knowledge of Scheduling Software preferred
- Customer Service Training preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
- Good organizational skills
- May be required to undergo skills and ability testing
Experience
- Six (6) months related experience preferred

General good health, good attendance record and a level of fitness appropriate for the demands of the position is a requirement.
