We are looking for a Condominium Accounting Representative (Contract) to join our Hamilton office. It is at WB where you will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial duties. If you are team oriented, motivated, understand the need for accuracy and enjoy busy days, then this job is for you!

Responsibilities
· Process vendor invoices
· Record payments received
· Entry of financial transactions and adjustments
· Preparation of monthly financial statements
· Perform other duties and assignments as required
· Skills and Behaviour
Requirements
· Ability to differentiate between debits and credits, and prepare journal entries
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with all levels of the organization
· Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers
· Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
· Post-Secondary education in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred. Relevant and related experience will also be considered
· Minimum 1 year experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Pay: From CA$47,500.00 per year
