Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law. Perform management functions related to the practice of law. Plead clients' cases before courts of law, tribunals and boards (lawyers only). Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion. Offer mediation, conciliation and arbitration services. Supervise professional, para-legal and support staff and articling students. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Membership in the Canadian Bar Association. Pega certified professional. Membership in a provincial or territorial law society. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word. MS Project. MAC. Sage Accounting Software. Area of work experience: Law.
