Our location in Cavan, Ontario, is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.
Position: Office Administrator
Location: Cavan, ON
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and direct calls professionally
- Log incoming lab samples and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare reports in compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Support laboratory staff and sales representatives
- Handle shipping and receiving of samples
- Manage SAA social media accounts and update as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional data entry abilities with high accuracy
- Previous experience or background in the agricultural industry is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Experience in a support or administrative role is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and comfortable with internet applications
- Flexibility to adjust hours during busy seasons
