#Food & Beverage Coordinator- Toronto

##THE POSITION
Main activities and responsibilities
Reporting organisationally to the Tournament Headquarters and the Food and Beverage Managers, the F&B Coordinator will ensure the successful coordination of the F&B Concessions Program in the venue.
Main responsibilities of the F&B Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Ensure that services delivered are compliant with the F&B Concessions Operational Plan (number of staff, SKU allocation and sales prices per concession, activation hours, alcohol policy, SFE activations, etc.).
- Ensure that the commercial and contractual rights of the Commercial Partners involved in the F&B Concessions Program are respected and implemented (brand exposure and product exclusivity, where applicable; use of dedicated equipment; respect of merchandising guidelines such as planograms, uniforms, menu boards, POS tactics, etc.).
- On Match Days: coordinate and report on operations and carry out regular quality controls (readiness by stadium gate opening, measure queuing times, monitor stock shortages, observe quality of customer service, etc.).
- Provide daily briefings to the local concessionaire and the Commercial Partner teams on site and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders of the F&B Concessions Program.
- Liaise daily with the FIFA central team using the designated report template.
- Assist the FWC26 Commercial Rights Delivery Team in all matters related to FIFA Partnerships’ objectives and obligations.
- Assist the team with administrative responsibilities.
- Perform any other duties as required.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar level of education

- Versatile profile with a strong enthusiasm for catering operations at mega-events.

- Strong commitment to quality, results, and accountability within a team.
- Resilience to stress and intensive work, persistence, and commitment to procedures.
- Good IT skills and experience using collaborative platforms.

- Experience in sports event management and, ideally, F&B / catering operations is a plus.
