Position: One-year maternity leave contract
Calgary Animal Referral & Emergency Centre (CARE)is welcoming a full-timeEmergency Veterinarianto our team for a one-year maternity leave contract position.
**Schedule:**All of our Emergency Veterinarians rotate equally through day, evening, and night shifts, offering balance for the full team.
- A valid veterinarian license allowing practice in Canada
- Experience working in an emergency hospital
- Enjoy the diversity of emergency caseloads
- Excellent critical thinking and diagnostic skills
- Great organizational skills to meet the demands of a busy shift
- Exceptional people skills
- A passion for coaching and mentoring students along their DVM journey
