Clubhouse Indoor Golf Academy is a year-round, state-of-the-art indoor golf training facility, home to a team of PGA of Canada professionals with a proven track record in developing both competitive junior golfers and adult players. We are looking for a motivated PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional to join our coaching team, with a primary focus on supporting our junior programs and teams, while also contributing to our growing adult client base.
Our Head Teaching Professional, Alex Gao, also serves as the Director of U.S. Kids Golf in Vancouver. While this role is independent of the academy, it reflects the depth of our expertise in junior golf. With top-tier facilities, consistent leads, and marketing support, this role is ideal for driven coaches looking to grow their client base in a premium, well-equipped setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private and group lessons.
- Guide students through structured skill development plans for long-term improvement.
- Support junior team practices, training sessions, and development programs.
- Assist in maintaining player engagement and tracking progress.
- Participate in open houses, trial lessons, and promotional/marketing events.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, and client care.
Qualifications
- PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Multi-language ability and club building/fitting skills are considered strong assets.
Compensation Estimated working hours per week: 15–20 hours, with instructor compensation ranging from $60 to $95 per 55-minute lesson based on performance. Benefits/Perks
