Common sense, consistent attendance, reliability and level of maturity that will commit to their role Be ready to work and be ready to give it your all- we move fast at Encore so the employees have to as well Ability to meet performance benchmarks Strong communication skills Ability to read and speak English well Great organizational and time management skills You have a keen eye and notice the details Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 to 6:30 pm Working with little supervision, is a self-starter and likes to stay busy This role starts at CS Level 1- $17.55 per hour.

After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums.
