About the role
Position Overview As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15-25 In Store Product Samplers participating in a retail sampling program across multiple locations in the Southwestern Ontario district (Niagara way) and a Kitchener district TL. You will ensure the program runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of execution, communication, and overall team performance. This role is ideal for a highly organized, quick-thinking problem solver who can manage logistics, provide on-the-spot solutions, and inspire a large team.
Contract: Until Feb 13th, 2026
Scope Of Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support a team of 15-25 Brand Ambassadors across multiple retail locations.
- Ensure all sampling activities meet company standards and program goals.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of engagement and customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain program integrity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, inventory, and logistics.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all Product Samplers adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling practices.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in retail or event environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Quick thinker and problem solver who can make decisions under pressure.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
- Willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
