About the role

We are seeking a versatile Web Consultant to join our growing Web Services team. This role blends front-end web design with client-facing consulting, implementation and integration to our suite of Total e Integrated (TEI) web modules.

You will work closely with clients to bring their brand and functionality to life online by designing engaging websites while configuring and optimizing interactive modules such as Online Tee Times, Membership, Online Payments, Communications, Event Registration, Lottery Requests, eCommerce, and other client-facing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Front-End Development Design and build modern, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and best practices. Develop, refine, and maintain custom CSS stylesheets for client websites. Collaborate with clients to translate design concepts into polished, user-friendly layouts. Ensure all designs align with client branding, usability, and accessibility standards. Validate that all web modules and integrations are fully functional, properly configured, and thoroughly tested. Partner with Development and Professional Services teams to support successful deployments and implementations. Contribute to internal marketing initiatives, including website updates, landing page creation, and campaign-related design support.

Client Consultation & Module Implementation

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients implementing or enhancing TEI web modules, including Tee Times, Membership, Online Payments, Communications, Events, Lottery Requests, and eCommerce. Guide clients through module setup and configuration to meet operational and branding requirements. Provide expert recommendations on functionality, usability, and presentation. Train clients on how to manage, update, and maintain their websites and web modules, ensuring long-term self-sufficiency and success. Develop and deliver clear documentation, walkthroughs, and training sessions tailored to client needs. Proactively manage implementation timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and key milestones and deadlines are consistently met.

Ongoing Web Support

Gather client feedback and enhancement requests, and communicate insights to internal product and development teams. Serve as the first point of contact for web updates, design changes, and module adjustments. Troubleshoot configuration and display issues in collaboration with internal teams. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, updates, and requests. Work with integrated partners to ensure third-party integrations, data connections, and business process flows are properly configured, tested, and functioning as expected.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years in web design, front-end development, or web implementation/support.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Basic understanding of JavaScript or templating systems is considered an asset. Experience configuring or supporting web-based applications, online forms, payment systems, or customer-facing web modules is an asset.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience implementing or supporting online booking, membership management, payment processing, communication platforms, registration, or eCommerce solutions. Background in hospitality, club management, or recreation industry software is an asset. Experience with graphic design, UX/UI principles, and responsive web design. Experience delivering client training and software implementations.
