The Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day execution of Neo’s lifecycle marketing engine. This role brings key messaging and action to life across the customer journeys - ensuring every message connects seamlessly within the broader product experience.

You will manage the lifecycle calendar, build and iterate on automated campaigns in Iterable, and partner with product and growth teams to embed lifecycle touchpoints into key user flows. From activation to cross-sell and habit-building, this role turns strategic direction into operational excellence - executing, testing, and optimizing with precision.

What you’ll be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns, from setup and QA to deployment.
  • Manage the centralized lifecycle calendar and ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to integrate lifecycle communications and touchpoints directly into the app experience.
  • Drive experimentation and iteration strategies within our marketing platform (Iterable) to improve performance.
  • Support and build activation, cross-sell, and habit-building journeys that increase user engagement and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements.

Who we are Looking for

  • Proven Lifecycle Expert: You have hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing automated customer journeys. You think in terms of activation, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Marketing Automation Pro: You are highly proficient with a modern marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Customer.io). You can build complex workflows, manage audiences, and ensure data hygiene.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You are comfortable monitoring campaign performance, analyzing engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rates), and using data to make recommendations.
  • Detail-Oriented Executor: You have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on launching campaigns on time and error-free. You have strong QA and process management skills.
  • Collaborative Partner: You have experience working closely with product, growth, and data teams to ensure marketing campaigns are seamlessly integrated into the product experience.
  • Experimental Mindset: You are driven by performance and actively seek out opportunities to A/B test and iterate to improve key metrics.
