Position: Marketing Coordinator - Full Time Location: Toronto (Islington and Queensway)

Overview: We have a vision. It consists of marketers turning the dials and adjusting the knobs on SEO/GEO, affiliates, advertising, demand generation, email, content, Dealer engagement and the rest of the marketing ecosystem to expand our sales in an ever evolving world. We dissect the algorithms and LLMs to understand where the real people are and what is driving real action. We are sloughing through the slop to identify real purchase intent. We want conversions over quantity combined with creativity that drives results.

Sound interesting? Then let me be straight with you, this is a tough gig. We're not just writing copy, crafting prompts, posting content or other standard marketing activities. We do all of that AND pull everything apart to figure out what drives RESULTS so the content we create influences the algos and systems on different platforms work for us. This role requires a unique mix of technical acumen, creative flare, and a dogged persistence to fail over and over again in order to finally "break the code".

This approach means we always have a lot of projects on the go. Not only will you need awesome spreadsheet, communication, writing, and advertising skills, you'll also need to be amazing at project management, a solid MarTech stack and experience with Shopify would be an asset.

We're Stelvio Brands, a Toronto company with innovative brands within their categories (Element Fire Extinguishers www.elementfire.com and Carbonio Design & Development www.carbonio.com). We're a small group of dedicated professionals looking for a colleague (you'd be the second marketer in the team) to join us in-office because nothing beats face to face collaboration!

We're targeting $50,000 per year as the salary for this position but we are looking for the right person so I encourage you to apply with a suggested salary as well.
