Description of the Position:

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized**Marketing Associate (Contract)**to support the Segment & Product Marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of key fundraising and marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Fairchild Fundraising Day, one of the Foundation’s key partner-led events. You will also support other campaigns within the team as needed, including Get Better Gifts and Cards product campaigns.

Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution, coordination, and project management of campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining momentum across projects, ensuring timelines are met, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support the planning and execution of Fairchild Fundraising Day, including campaign coordination, timeline management, asset tracking, and partner deliverables

  • Assist in the development of campaign and project briefs, workbacks, status trackers, and other executional documentation

  • Coordinate internal work and approvals across cross-functional teams: marketing, brand, digital, sponsorship, volunteering, legal, IT, and external partners

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, digital, social, print, and mass media

  • Manage day-to-day project management activities, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on track

  • Assist with asset trafficking, version control, and quality checks across campaign materials

  • Support administrative and operational activities including invoice processing, file management, and documentation

  • Contribute to post-campaign reporting, summaries, and insights/learning as required

  • Foster strong, cooperative relationships with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to support seamless execution

Qualifications:

While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution

  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels and tactics (e.g. email, direct, digital, social, print, mass)

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Experience working within a not-for-profit or purpose-driven organization is considered an asset

  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, or project management trackers is an asset

  • Proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) is an asset

Total Compensation Package:

Expected Hiring Salary Range Hourly: $38.49 – $45.28; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $54.34. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Associate, Segment and Product Marketing.

**Position Status:**Temporary Full-Time Contract (6 Months)

**Hours:**Hybrid work model: minimum two days per week in-office (Tuesday and Wednesday).
