Performance Optimization :

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion rates, and meeting bookings.

  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to maximize results.

What success in this role looks like:

  • BDRs are expected to meet specific activity metrics related to calls, emails, and social touches, as well as outcome metrics related to lead qualification and meeting scheduling.

  • Regular performance reviews will be conducted to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Specific metrics include a combination of phone, email, and social media activity, leading to a targeted number of demo calls scheduled per day/week.

Training & Development:

  • Comprehensive training will be provided, including a dedicated playbook and ongoing mentorship.

  • You will also have access to internal resources for continuous knowledge development.

A structured training program with working sessions, pitch development, and practical application with sales team feedback is included in onboarding.

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • Proven success in a business development or sales role will be a plus, ideally within the SaaS or market research industry.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding of objection handling techniques will be a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification methodologies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
