Who We're Looking For We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our credit cards COE Analytics team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for data, problem-solving, and identifying key data trends/patterns. You will work closely with other team members to support data-driven decision-making in the credit card domain, helping to uncover crucial business insights.
What You'll Do
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze credit card data for credit risk, marketing , fraud BUs etc.
- Assist in maintaining and improving database systems and data pipelines.
- Identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights Create reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI etc
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests related to customer behavior, product performance etc
- Document processes and findings clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exposure to financial services or credit card data through coursework or projects.
