We are looking to strengthen our team by adding a Senior Manager, Microsoft Security Technical Lead. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers enables clients to take a proactive and prepared approach to cyber crime and capitalize on new technologies and innovations. Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry and technical expertise in information security through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and the creation of high quality deliverables
  • Execute transactions through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating engagements
  • Facilitate collaboration with client engagement team prior to commencement of client work to discuss roles and responsibilities, risk areas, materiality and deadlines
  • Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
  • Leverage team appropriately to ensure proper documentation is prepared for the client and procedures relating to the file are followed accordingly
  • Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done from other team members for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members
  • Develop business relationships through contacts and drive Cyber Security opportunities with existing MNP clients
  • Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status
  • Network and take a leadership role in the local professional and business community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Develop, coach and train team members towards professional and personal development
  • Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
  • Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement
  • Assist in scoping and developing Microsoft Security (Sentinel, Defender, Priva, Purview etc) related Statements of Work based on client requirements
  • Understand and comprehend leading cyber security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO and PCI and technical solutions to the requirements.
  • Present assessment results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Monitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and issues within a timely manner

Skills and Experience

  • Deep knowledge and delivery experience of Microsoft security full stack is required(Sentinel, Defender, Entra, Purview)
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Microsoft security services
  • Office 365 Security / Azure Security / Sentinel / Defender/ Purview certifications would be strong asset
  • Relevant work experience in deploying and managing SIEM solutions
  • Security Clearance
  • Some limited travel across Canada may be required.

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $140,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
