About the role
We are accepting resumes for a Team Lead (Supervisor), to oversee production in our veneer mill outside of Rutherglen (35 km east of North Bay).
This position includes supervising a crew and overseeing daily production within a team-oriented environment. Supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and initiative are required. The intent of this role is to build the bench strength of our management team. Once trained, the successful candidate will be expected to function as a Team Lead in all areas of production, as necessary.
This is a salaried position, with healthcare benefits.
