Requirements
Basic written and spoken English (French is an asset).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Access to a stable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support is an advantage — but not required.
