B2B Account Manager – Luxe Du Jour
Overview The B2B Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing Luxe Du Jour’s wholesale and reseller partnerships globally. This role focuses on relationship management, account growth, brand representation, offloading of aged inventory and ensuring seamless operations between Luxe Du Jour and its B2B clients. The ideal candidate understands the luxury resale market, particularly in brands such as Hermès, Chanel, and other high-end designers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Account Management & Relationship Building Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned reseller and wholesale accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure retention and satisfaction. Proactive outreach to partners that haven’t purchased recently by sharing updated inventory lists. Can make pricing more competitive to create engagement. Understand each partner’s business model and need to provide tailored product recommendations and support. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand product offerings within each account.
- Sales & Growth Drive B2B revenue growth through new account acquisition and existing account expansion. Negotiate pricing, margins, and partnership terms to maintain competitive positioning while ensuring profitability under the guidance of the Director of Partnerships. Forecast sales and track performance against targets. Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to align available inventory with reseller demand. Ensure aged inventory is strategically listed across the most effective partners sites to maximize sell-through and preserve margin.
- Operational Coordination Check out orders, coordinate order processing, invoicing, and logistics between accounts and the operations team. Ensure all transactions meet Luxe Du Jour’s and partners quality assurance standards and service level agreements. Resolve partner issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Market & Brand Representation Represent Luxe Du Jour as a trusted luxury resale partner in the B2B and reseller community. Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging reseller platforms. Provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams to improve B2B strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics Maintain up-to-date CRM records of partner interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics. Prepare monthly reports (B2B Sales Tracker) on account activity, sales performance, and market feedback. Analyze trends to identify potential new business opportunities or risks.
Core Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of luxury fashion, resale, and brand value preservation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven with strong organizational and CRM skills Proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset. Integrity and professionalism in handling high-value inventory and transactions.
Pay: CA$50,000.00 - CA$60,000.00 per year + quarterly bonus if goals are met
