Position Summary
Reporting to theManager, Systems & Accreditation, theAccreditation Assistantis a key member of theVolunteer Services and Accreditation Team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring a smooth accreditation process while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
This is a Seasonal Position concluding the end of July.
Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and card printing for the accreditation system.
- Liaise with and support other departments throughout the accreditation process.
- Ensure accreditation integrity by following established business processes.
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.
- Support the Accreditation Coordinator with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative processes.
