What to Expect:
As an HR Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our HR team and business partners, providing top-notch
support to HRBPs, managers, and employees throughout the employee life cycle. This crucial role offers an
excellent opportunity to enhance your HR experience and contribute to creating a diverse and inspiring workplace that is a Force for Good! This position is an existing vacancy.
A day in the life:
HR Administration and Process Support:
- Support HRBPs in executing non-automated HR administrative activities, such as employee file management.
- Assist employees and managers on HR administration and time management through clear processes not managed by the HR Services Centre of Scale (CoS).
- Assist in developing employee letters not handled by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Complete necessary webforms or HR transactions for employee life cycle activities.
- Track, follow up, and submit all leave requests.
Functional Development:
- Collaborate with the HRBP team to enhance HR practices and processes for better business contribution.
- Utilize continuous improvement to develop functional efficiencies and improve ways of working.
- Update me@nestlé and the Knowledge Management System with accurate information and guidance for employees, line managers, HR professionals, and CoS HR services.
- Actively participate in HR projects, including research, analysis, policy/process development, and creating communication material.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Support key HRBP activities in the performance and talent management cycles including reporting, HR administrative support for Performance Calibration and Talent sessions and any required SuccessFactor systems updates.
HR Reporting:
- Provide support to HRBP's in generating reports from the HR systems and importantly, provide insights and analysis.
Role Requirements
- University degree preferably in HR and /or 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new software
