ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to our warehouse operations and plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and excellent customer service.
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edmonton, AB.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders and invoices. Pack and ship orders according to company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained. Collaborate with team members to meet operational and customer service objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous warehouse experience. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Understanding of warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes.
