The normal work schedule 11 hours a day on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks of rest.

Future challenges
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Day Laborer will be responsible of:
- Washing all mining equipment and components as needed.
- Maintain the wash bay to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform assigned work tasks and follow up on task completion.
- Participate in basic maintenance practices and procedures.
- Maintain and care for work areas.
- Performs all other related duties associated with the position.
Profile required
- Have a high school diploma.
- Territorial driver's licence or Class 5 driver's (asset).
- 0-2 years’ experience in mechanic.
- Ability to communicate in at least two of the following languages : Inuktitut, English, or French (trilingualism is an asset);
- Experience with Inuit communities
Assets
- Due to frequent interactions with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and enhance our internal communications.

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
