About the role
Courtesy Ford Lincoln is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedDelivery Coordinatorto join our Sales Department. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and professional delivery experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of all sold new and used vehicles for customer delivery
- Liaise closely with the Sales team to ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Schedule and oversee sublet services (e.g., tinting, accessories, etc.)
- Ensure all required recalls and internal reconditioning items are completed prior to delivery
- Track vehicle status and proactively communicate updates to the Sales team
- Delegate tasks effectively to internal departments to maintain delivery schedules
**Schedule:**Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 + bonus(commensurate with experience)
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Proven ability to delegate and follow up effectively
Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset
