Opportunity
We are currently in search of a Evening Shift team member to join our Quality Assurance Team. Reporting to our Quality Manager, the QATM is responsible for creating and maintaining a culture and work environment which supports the production, transportation and installation of quality goods. Key objectives include:
- Participate in and conduct daily audit activities (SPC, Out-of-Box audit, machine, and department specific checks)
- Execute quality initiatives and processes currently in place and as assigned.
- Continually evaluate and recommend alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a working knowledge of our product and its application.
- Conduct regular meetings with the manufacturing supervisors to create consistency and teamwork.
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to act on quality concerns, identify the root cause and implement suitable control measures.
- Prepare monthly reports showing inspections and audit performance as well as any improvement opportunities.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to management on quality related concerns.
- Work alongside manufacturing to aide in quality education of new hires.
- Inspect products for all White Glove, 1st Order Kitchen, and VIP assigned jobs.
You have:

- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Proven experience with Superior Cabinets’ products, operations, and programs.
- Commitment to ensuring each kitchen meets quality standards and overall customer satisfaction targets.
- Technical ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word, and mobile phone for the collection of pictures for quality improvements.
