Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and ongoing improvement of all processes, tools, and guidelines pertaining to our Human Capital systems, ensuring functionality meets our evolving business needs
- Oversee the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems
- Engage with national and regional leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure our HC technology supports regulatory compliance, operational activities, and strategic initiatives
- Design and configure reports and innovative data analytics to identify real-time, actionable business insights on trends that affect strategic and data-driven HC decisions
- Provide direction and coaching to team members supporting Human Capital systems and data
- Play a lead role in educating and/or training Regional Human Capital teams
- Work in collaboration with the Finance and Technology teams, other internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems
- Troubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution
- Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness; question inconsistencies in data and bring forward to HC leadership
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end-user experience
- Continually expand your knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of technology and human capital management industry trends
Skills and Experience
- Computer Science or Business Administration degree or relevant experience in HR and data management
- Minimum 3 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on HC systems and business analytics
- Ability to communicate in French and English would be considered an asset
- Proven data analysis experience with expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional presentation and project management skills
- Critical thinker and strategic planner who is motivated by continuous system improvement and is comfortable navigating ambiguity
