We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.
Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting operations, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with proven experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Support risk management and issue resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (construction, services, or related industry preferred).

Post-secondary education in project management, business administration, construction or related field (PMP/CAPM certification an asset).

Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and software.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
