About The Role We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Baka Pozd Business Consultancy. - Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with office productivity software and email systems.
- Knowledge of IT security principles, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly to ensure continuous business operations.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and security settings.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular data backups, and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, licenses, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Support remote users and assist with video conferencing, collaboration tools, and virtual meeting setups.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
