The Bilingual (Mandarin/English) HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes within the manufacturing sector. This position is based in Scarborough and requires strong leadership skills to manage and support the company's workforce effectively.

Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and coordinate with external legal or regulatory bodies as required.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports
- Directly report into the CEO of the company

Profile
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of general HR experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Bilingual (Mandarin / English) is required for this position
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector will be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Canada.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
Job Offer
- Base salary range from $120000 to $140000 CAD.
- Performance bonuses and a 2% RRSP matching program.
- Job Location: Scarborough (5 days in office)
