About the role

Join our growing team as a D365 Senior Developer and play a key role in enhancing our Total Mental Health product through innovative integrations. You will collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and testing of integrations on Power Platform/Dataverse.
  • Configure and customize Dataverse features and Azure integration services, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Document all design and development deliverables thoroughly.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide support to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and relevant Power Platform/Dataverse and Azure integration services.
  • Proven expertise as a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Solutions Developer with a strong focus on Power Platform and Azure capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Platform customization and extension techniques.
  • Proficiency in Event-driven architecture, Azure Functions, App Service, Webhooks, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and other Azure integration services.
  • Strong understanding of HTTP communication patterns, REST APIs, handling breaking changes, and endpoint versioning.
  • Solid experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, C# design patterns, Dataverse Custom Actions/APIs, Dataverse plugins, and custom connectors.
  • Experience working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and App Services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dataverse features, Power Automate, Model-driven apps, and data and solution integration patterns with Dataverse.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and continuous delivery frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Solution management, segmentation, and deployment processes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and implementing modern solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
