About the role

Position Description

The Department of Medical Imaging in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto is seeking a full-time academic neurointerventional diagnostic neuroradiologist. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide clinical services in neurointerventional radiology and diagnostic neuroradiology.
  • Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Engage in research activities and contribute to the academic mission of the department.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • MD degree or equivalent.
  • Certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent).
  • Fellowship training in Neurointerventional Radiology.
  • Eligibility for licensure in the Province of Ontario.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice.
  • Strong record of research and publications in the field.
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be appointed at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is available immediately.
