Job Description Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Exceptional service and flavors are the hallmarks of every dining experience. We invite you to develop your leadership strengths as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and let your passion for guest service drive consistent guest satisfaction, an engaged team and outstanding operating results.
This is a full-time, permanent position, starting in the near future. Pay Range: $69,000 - $72,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
Job Duties Include
- Assist in leading your departmental colleagues within our restaurants
- Ensure food & beverage brand standards are maintained
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Assist in achieving financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
- Performance management of all restaurant colleagues through constant communication, training, development and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ leadership experience in food & beverage managing large teams
- Experience in a bar/restaurant setting preferred
