As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and serving as their trusted advisor. You will develop a strong understanding of each client's business realities to support the evolution of their technology needs while identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Working closely with our technical and professional services teams, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience, strengthening long-term client relationships, and supporting Kezber's continued growth.

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will:

Manage an existing portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact. Build long-term relationships based on trust and a clear understanding of each client's business needs. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop and present tailored business proposals. Manage contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Services, to ensure successful project execution and a consistent client experience. Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges. Participate in strategic business reviews and client performance meetings.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Technical Skills : Experience managing both short and long sales cycles. Knowledge of Kezber's solutions, including Microsoft Power Platform, Managed IT Services, Business Intelligence, networking, and custom software development. Experience with ConnectWise is considered an asset. Client Service : A client-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. You work well under pressure and have strong negotiation skills to develop solutions that create value for everyone involved. Adaptability and Independence : Every day is different, and you're ready to take on new challenges. You manage your priorities effectively, work independently, and adapt quickly to changing client needs. Strong Interest in Technology and Innovation : You're committed to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends. You enjoy expanding your knowledge so you can continue providing relevant advice and outstanding service to your clients. Mobility : A valid driver's license is required, as this position includes travel to client sites. Language Skills : French is required. English is considered an asset, as some of our clients communicate exclusively in English.
