Cochrane Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our Parts Department as a full-time Parts Associate. As a key member of our dealership, you’ll play an essential role in supporting both our service team and our retail customers by providing accurate, efficient, and friendly parts service. You’ll ensure our technicians and guests have the right parts at the right time—helping keep our operations running smoothly and our customers on the road.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sell parts and accessories suited to customer and technician needs.
Receive and ship incoming and outgoing parts orders.
Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads promptly and professionally.
Pick and prepare daily parts required by technicians.
Respond punctually to service and sales estimates and inquiries.
Communicate parts information and status updates with other departments.
Complete local parts deliveries daily.
Maintain and organize the parts department to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry (Toyota experience preferred).
High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle components.
Ability to multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift parts and accessories weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience with Xtime, Infostream, and PBS is an asset.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.
