Experienced Roofing Supervisor / Lead Labourer
Experienced roofing professionals wanted – lead from the front and supervise on site.
Job Description
We are looking for skilled and experienced roofing labourers who are ready to step into a supervisory role and take responsibility for running jobs on site.
A valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence are required.
This role involves supervising yourself and your labourers on site, while mainly working hands-on up on the roof. You will be responsible for managing and delivering roof refurbishment works to a high standard, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
You should be confident in leading teams, organising daily workloads, and maintaining quality workmanship throughout each project.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in roofing CSCS card and a full UK driving licence Ability to supervise yourself and your team Experience running roof refurbishment projects Strong leadership and site management skills High standards of health, safety, and quality
