MAKING AN IMPACT
The Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) is seeking a Digital Campaign & Reporting Specialist (Bilingual) to support internal clients in fundraising, brand, advocacy, and education campaigns.
The successful individual will work with cross-functional teams to coordinate our marketing efforts, gather assets, report on digital campaigns, provide SEO and content marketing recommendations, and optimize content for search engines. Additionally, the individual will support the Digital Campaign team with content updates and project management related tasks on occasion. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, web development, digital strategy, analytics, and likes to keep their technical skills sharp.
We are looking for someone who takes deep personal accountability for their work, has a thirst for knowledge, and understands the importance of delivering value and building strong relationships with clients, supporters, donors, and their team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:**
- Act as a point-of-contact for digital consultations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.
- Support digital campaign activities through the entire project cycle: strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.
- Support overall delivery of all portfolio specific digital activities: including project timelines, schedules, reports, coordination with external and internal teams, etc.
- Develop reports and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future strategies and plans.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO).
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Support AI Process Optimization.
- Create and edit web content.
- Work closely with content specialists and the Digital team to create and implement campaign content.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best-practices.
- Contribute to our culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity (DIBE) by ensuring that all staff feel represented, valued, and heard across all aspects of their identity, including gender, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, and sexuality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising.
- University Degree BA or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with website CMS, search engine optimization and Google Analytics.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead client / project meetings.
- Strong relationship-management skills and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Close attention to detail, prioritization skills, and excellent time management skills to deliver high quality work for multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with online data collection, analysis, and report development.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS.
- Knowledge of JavaScript an asset.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Tag Manager.
- Proficiency with search engine optimization techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required due to the organization’s nationwide operations and the need for effective communication across various regions.
