The Business Applications Analyst is responsible for overall management of assigned business applications and related ancillary applications. This includes serving as the Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for workflow processes, application issues and changes, application upgrades, and general overall management and health of the organization’s key business applications. A key component of this role will be the requirement to participate in a key transformation project for CCC.

Reporting to Vice President, Corporate Services & CFO

  

What you’ll be doing

  • Manages the Vice-President, Corporate Services & CFO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, events, and domestic/international travel while adjusting priorities and schedules as needed.
  • Organizes and supports executive and team meetings, town halls, and committees by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking action items, and maintaining deadlines.
  • Prepares travel itineraries, briefing packages, and related documentation, ensuring all travel and meeting logistics are effectively coordinated.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, screening requests, and facilitating information flow on behalf of the VP & CFO.
  • Maintains executive records, contact databases, and filing systems, ensuring compliance with corporate records management, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Provides administrative and financial support, including expense processing, procurement coordination, technology and equipment arrangements, and support to other executives and directors as required.

What you’ll bring to CCC

  • Completion of certificate in office administration

  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative experience

  • Knowledge of logistics planning for international and domestic travel and for corporate- level events and division-level events

  • Knowledge of customer/client services, office administration, legal administration, practices, processes, policies, and procedures

  • Knowledge of office as well as the broader CCC, departments, and business lines

  • Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices

  • Knowledge of CCC Policy Suite and related procedures and instructions

  • Bilingual in both official languages preferred
