The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) supports the organization in navigating the complexities of digital transformation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our approach and execution are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with our strategic goals. The DBA will help us leverage digital solutions to improve operational efficiency, drive adoption, and enhance customer experience—ultimately contributing to customer retention and sales growth through omnichannel strategies
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
- Collect and analyze data related to business operations, customer behavior, and market trends
- Identify patterns and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Business Process Mapping:
- Map and assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain deep business knowledge and design improved workflows
Requirements Gathering:
- Work cross-functionally to gather and document requirements for new systems or process enhancements
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams
Digital Strategy Development:
- Support organizational digital transformation from local to global digital solutions, optimizing practices to enhance performance and align with business goals
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital business analysis, preferably in eCommerce or B2B environments
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with digital tools, data visualization software, and BI platforms
- Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement
- Creative and structured approach to solving business challenges
