Now Hiring: Conveyancer / Commercial Lender (In-Office) Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time | Confidential
A full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with Commercial Lending experience to join its Chilliwack office .
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a law firm , strong knowledge of BC conveyancing , and the ability to independently manage 20-25 transactions per month , including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, and commercial loans.
Salary: $50,000-$75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Extended health & dental, RRSP match, paid time off, wellness program (after probation)
Work model: In-office
