Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Winnipeg, MB. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, scheduling appointments and service calls for residential and commercial HVAC customers. Daily responsibilities include answering questions about services, documenting customer information accurately, and coordinating with technicians and office staff to ensure timely and efficient service. The role also involves updating records in the system, following up on open requests, and assisting with billing or basic account inquiries. The Customer Service Representative helps maintain a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and communicating clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Ability to provide effective Customer Support and maintain a positive Customer Experience in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfort with basic computer applications, scheduling software, and data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in HVAC, home services, or a related field is an asset but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related area is an asset.
