As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products through our facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

**Location:**Winnipeg, MB - 2168 Springfield Road
**Job Type:**Full-Time, Permanent
Starting Wage:$17.00 per hour, depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips; label and store inventory in designated locations
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Load and unload trailers, flat decks, and shipments safely and efficiently
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient workflow and space utilization
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update systems in real time
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and product specifications; assemble components as required
  • Test and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an asset

  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Forklift experience is a strong asset

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work safely

**Day Shift:**Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
