Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, and it allows kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. The device is currently being used by hundreds of families and the best hospitals across North America.

About the job

We’re looking for a Warehouse associate to join our small warehous team. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of warehousing including but not limited to shipping and receiving.

This is an in-person role based in our Mississauga office.

About you

You enjoy working in a small team tackling a big problem. You’re able to juggle multiple tasks at once, are detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Arrange shipping labels, ensure items are correctly picked, packed, and labeled.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory software tools.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to ensure a clean, safe, and well-structured workspace using 5s methods.
  • Handle manual lifting and material movement as required.
  • Move products and equipment around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in receiving products from couriers and freight company and executing appropriate return processes.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the performance of job responsibilities.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 60 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Available to work two full weekdays per week.
  • Have a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Forklift operator certification.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (preferably the medical device industry).
