Inside Sales Representative
About the role
Responsibilities:
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Close leads at an efficient rate from various sources
- Answer phone & e-mail inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound sales calls
- Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and champion customer needs
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information within CRM software.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Working with financial information
- Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:

Sales experience necessary

Experience with Hubspot or similar programs an asset

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience

Proven time management and organizational skills

Communicating effectively
-
Positive work attitude and can-do work ethic

Supporting coworkers

Acting with integrity

Prioritizing and organizing workflow
