The Opportunity
Egon Zehnder is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced People Analytics and Strategic Projects Manager to join our dynamic global People team. This new role is an opportunity to shape the future of our Firm by leveraging data and technology to drive strategic decision-making and better support our operations.
In this new role, reporting to our CHRO who is a member of the Executive Committee, you will dive deep into people data analytics and process optimization, transforming insights into actionable strategies to boost the productivity of our global operations. You will lead exciting high-value projects, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also aligned with our strategy and our unique collaborative culture. You will be encouraged to experiment and innovate, shape this new role in an agile and creative way. You will collaborate closely with global People team members (including Learning and Development, Internal Communications, HR infrastructure and Operations), as well as other global functions and stakeholders from offices around the globe. What You’ll Do
Generate strategic insights:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions and strategic planning (i.e., annual engagement survey, strategic projects for Board, Executive Committee and Market Council)
• Prepare and present reports and findings in a clear, concise and convincing manner.
Create impactful dashboards and reports:
• Develop and maintain impactful dashboards to highlight relevant insights about our people globally and across roles, and progress towards our strategic objectives.
• With support from our Workday team, integrate these reports and dashboards into our Workday infrastructure for automatic generation.
• Audit data quality and provide feedback and potential solutions to the Workday team (e.g., revamp job classifications to better reflect reality and reporting needs, automate rules)
Drive strategic projects:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the global HR function and broader organization (e.g., annual performance review cycle, hiring, staffing processes).
• Plan, execute, and drive strategic people projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders around the world, in the global People team, other global functions and local team members
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting
• Analytical and able to drive actionable insights from complex data, rigor and attention to detail
• Clear, concise and impactful verbal and written communication
• Structured, organized and able to drive multiple projects with minimal guidance or supervision
• Driven, tenacious and forward-looking
• Collaborative and able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Caring and with outstanding people skills to foster a supportive and positive environment
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Language: English, other languages are a plus but not required
• Role is based in Montreal, Canada.
